• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. You acknowledge and understand that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any potential losses.

Cryptocurrency transactions are facilitated through third-party services. Prodigy Flip is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.

Fees

You agree to pay any fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions, as determined by Prodigy Flip or the applicable third-party service provider.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without our prior written consent.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through the app.  

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prodigy Flip be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app.  

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prodigy Flip harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the app. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.  

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.  

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or litigation.
